Kris Taylor | Legacy Home Inspection

Kris Taylor has over 21 years of experience in the construction and inspection industries, having spent the vast majority of that time as one of the primary commercial contractors for some of the largest retail chains in the country including ALDO, Call It Spring, Lush, West49, Once Upon A Child, and Ricki’s.

Kris was recruited as a Police Officer in 2013 and started home inspecting the same year. Kris retired from policing in 2018 and relocated to Ontario from Alberta to focus more on his family. Having been licensed and regulated by the Alberta Government, Kris provides one of the most comprehensive, thorough, and diligently documented inspection reports available in Ontario's unregulated market.

Kris carries the Master Inspector designation (the highest designation available in Ontario) and has earned multiple awards in the community for quality, excellence and client care. Janice Mumberson | Barriston Law

Janice provides counsel to clients in the areas of corporate and commercial law and real estate. With a real estate and corporate law practice that includes advising clients on commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial leases, land title rectification, easements, corporate financing, general security agreements, priority agreements, incorporations, asset and share sale/purchase transactions, and corporate re-structuring including amalgamation. Janice is able to address any real estate and corporate/commercial and corporate governance needs.

Janice focuses on understanding her clients’ business and goals to ensure they receive the best possible advice. Janice’s clients value her pragmatic approach and attention to specific concerns that make their transactions unique.

Janice Mumberson was called to the Bar of the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) in June 2013 after earning her law degree from the Queen’s University Faculty of Law. Prior to enrolling in law school, Janice completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) at the Queen’s School of Business.
