Watercolour Painting At Wye Marsh

This is an introductory watercolour painting class. Participants can be inspired by the blossoms and new life all around us at Wye Marsh. Learn basic techniques, and a few tips and tricks, that spark your creativity. No matter your level of skill, you are welcome to share an afternoon of discovery with Lisa. Ideas and compositions will be relevant to artists of all skill levels. All materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if you would like. You need only bring your enthusiasm! This workshop runs from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and costs $55 per person. Pre-registration is required.

Family Festival At Wishing Well Sanctuary

Join us for the 2nd annual family festival at the wishing well sanctuary in Bradford On. 50+ vendors. Entrance is $5 ages 3 and under are free! Tractor rides. Meet the animals. Activities for everyone! 10-3pm.

Orillia Perch Festival

The Orillia Perch Festival is one of the largest registered fishing derbies in Canada. This event is geared to participants of all ages and ability levels and is an ideal family activity. Perch enjoy shallow water and can be found close to shore this time of year, so fishing can be done from shore or a boat. Starts: April 29th Ends: May 6th. Cost: $5 – $20
