Sunset Barrie is opening for the season this weekend! Feature films include The Lost City, Scream, Uncharted, Spider-Man: No Way Home, The Batman as well as Austin Powers.

It’s maple syrup season! Head to Shaws this weekend for their Maple Syrup Bush that includes walking trails, horse drawn wagon rides, sap boiling and pancakes! 

30th Annual Sweetwater Festival

The Wye Marsh is hosting their 30th Annual Sweetwater Festival this Saturday & Sunday. There will be sugar shack demonstrations, pioneer games, maple kids’ zone, hikes, vendors and more! 

Hello Winter

 In lieu of Barrie’s traditional Winterfest, the City will be hosting Hello Winter throughout February & March. There will be a hot cocoa trail, outdoor fun at various parks throughout the city and more! This Saturday a portion of Dunlop St will be closed to vehicles and open for foot traffic during Open Air Dunlop. 

Barrie Farmer's Market

Check out the outdoor Barrie Farmer's Market Saturday between 8AM - 12PM. The market features a range of vendors and products including fresh produce, meat, baked goods, honey, maple syrup and more. If you don't have time to shop the market there is also an option to place an order online for pick-up.
