Christmas Bird Count for Kids

The Wye Marsh has turned their Christmas Bird Count for Kids virtual this Saturday! Learn about birds and connect with nature. Download the tally sheet to record each species you spot and where and submit your data to Birds Canada to help biologists learn more about the health of bird populations. 

BARREL-Y at Blue Mountain

Let loose at BARREL-Y on Saturday, an event by Snowboy Productions. Creative snowboarders can meet at the bottom of Badlands terrain park for the event. A lift ticket or valid season pass and a helmet are required. 

Rural Lights & Winter Nights

Discover Clearview is running Rural Lights & Winter Nights through to Feb 28th. This self-guided tour has over 20 dazzling lights displays at 14 locations in Clearview township including local parks and community halls. Check out the outdoor Barrie Farmer's Market Saturday between 8AM - 12PM. The market features a range of vendors and products including fresh produce, meat, baked goods, honey, maple syrup and more. If you don't have time to shop the market there is also an option to place an order online for pick-up.
