Barrie Colts vs. North Bay Battalion
Wanna check out a hockey game? Our Barrie Colts are taking on the North Bay Battalion this Saturday February 18th at the Sadlon Arena starting at 7:30. Get your tickets here.
Torchlit Self-Guided Snowshoe Hike
Come out this Saturday February 18th to Snow Valley Tube Park for a self-guided torchlight snowshoe hike through the 2.6km looped trail. A crackling campfire in the middle of nature will greet you halfway through your adventure, where you can enjoy some complementary treats and drinks. The adventure takes approximately 1-1.5 hours to complete, depending on your walking pace. It includes your trail pass, snowshoe rentals and head lamp. Check their website out to register.

The Skate Escape
Embrace the best of the winter season with ice skating in the Piazza, an array of sweet and savoury treats, handcrafted beverages, live entertainment and more. Running every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 3:00-8:00pm until March 4th. (weather permitting)
Hot Cocoa Trail
Follow the Hot Cocoa Trail for the tastiest way to warm up February. This Downtown Barrie winter tradition showcases some deliciously unique and creative hot chocolate inspired beverages and dishes by our local coffee shops, cafés, and restaurants. Every Saturday and Sunday in February, head downtown, venture along the Hot Cocoa Trail and indulge in signature cups of hot chocolate while sipping, shopping and supporting local! Family Day Winter Adventure
The 8th annual family day winter adventure is perfect for families to get active outdoors with horse-drawn sleigh rides, skating on an outdoor rink, snowshoeing, broomball, kicksledding, and axe throwing (ages 10+). You can also bring your own sled to go tobogganing. Then warm up by the bonfire and try your hand at a craft!
