Friday Harbour - Vendor Market Series

Friday Harbour is hosting a vibrant outdoor marketplace featuring local vendors and entertainment, open every weekend from May through September! With something for everyone, the Vendor Market offers a unique range of artisanal products, fashion and accessories, bath and body products, décor, and more. Be sure to also visit the CIBC Pier to enjoy live music and our Friday Harbour retailers located along the Promenade for more exciting finds! Free admission and parking. Sunflower Experience at Rounds Ranch

Now until September 4th. Your Sunflower Experience includes:
- A scenic wagon ride to the back of the Ranch
- Meander through 10 acres of 60 different varieties of beautiful cut flowers and experience peace and tranquility in the quietness of a large field.
- Take loads of pictures to capture memories of your day. Unique props throughout the field provide amazing photo backdrops.
- Pick your favourite sunflower to take home. Snippers, bags and water are provided in the field tent.
- Purchase a decorative bucket and fill it to the brim of sunflowers and cut flowers
- Enjoy 25+ activities in Ranchland (included in your admissions price).
- Experience the thrill of going down the 500′ Slip’n’Slide (additional fee)
- Ride a horse or pony (additional fee). Book your ride at the gate.

South Bay Fields Lavender Farm

Wander through 5,000 lavender plants of 8 different varieties spread across 3 unique planting arrangements. Take a break on our garden bench swings situated in the middle of 1000+ blooming English lavender. Relax in our Muskoka chairs situated throughout the lavender fields. Take a stroll through our winding relaxation path which guides you through our canola field and wildflower field containing over 27 different wildflower species. Visit our open air shop (yes, that is a fancy way of saying tent) with all of our lavender goodies available for purchase.   In addition to our products, you can also purchase fresh lavender and sunflower bundles harvested the morning of your visit. Learn about growing, harvesting and distilling lavender from one of our friendly staff.

2023 Family FunFest

Are you looking for a fun-filled day for the whole family? Please stop by Bradford Greenhouses Garden Gallery grounds on August 12, 2023, from 10am-5pm for Family Funfest. Family Funfest is provided and run by A Helping Hand Always. This event will feature a live band, wagon rides, carnival games, kids' entertainment, local vendors and so much more. What would be better than to come and have a blast with the whole family? This is a fantastic event to promote inclusion and diversity.  A Helping Hand Always Inc. organizes this Family Funfest to help raise awareness for Autism, Down Syndrome and related illnesses.

Orillia Waterfront Festival

The Orillia Waterfront Festival features entertainment, food, a vendor market, new and used boat sales, a Cardboard Boat Race and a dog diving contest! The festival will feature a vendor market on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a wide range of unique vendors showcasing everything from hot tubs to one-of-a kind clothing and decor items to unique food options.

Alliston Potato Festival

The Alliston Potato Festival is a volunteer organization that holds a festival in advance of the fall potato harvest to celebrate our community’s Agricultural Roots that date to 1972. The focus is on showcasing our community, supporting the community’s needs, and the amazing organizations that help make Alliston such a great place to live.

Get accessible recreation services and summer fun right in your own neighbourhoods. Back again for a third year, the Summer Fun Trailer will be travelling to various locations for the 2023 summer season (weather permitting). Equipment can be loaned out for free to use in the park on that day. Equipment is for all ages, and can be signed out by participants 12 years and older. Equipment includes, but is not limited to:
Spike ball
Ladder golf sets
Basketballs
Frisbee
Soccer balls
Skateboards
Scooters
Helmets
Arts & crafts
Mural colouring
First-come, first-served basis.
