Maple Weekend at Drysdale’s Tree Farm

Check out Maple Weekend this Saturday and Sunday! Drysdale’s has partnered with Camphill Communities Ontario to host this event. You will get a chance to see sugaring demonstrations, tour a sugar bush, ride in a horse drawn wagon and enjoy a pancake breakfast with Camphill’s very own maple syrup. Registration ahead of time is required. 

Spring Tonic at Tiffin Conservation Area

Head to the Tiffin Conservation Area for their annual Spring Tonic Festival this Saturday & Sunday. Participants will get a chance to explore how maple syrup was made in the past as well as in the present. There will be an exotic animal show by Zoo to You, horse drawn wagon rides, musical performances by local musicians, local firefighters  as well as a pancake breakfast with fresh maple syrup. Registration in advance is recommended.

It’s maple syrup season! Head to Shaws this weekend for their Maple Syrup Bush that includes walking trails, horse drawn wagon rides, sap boiling and pancakes! 

30th Annual Sweetwater Festival

The Wye Marsh is hosting their 30th Annual Sweetwater Festival this Saturday & Sunday. There will be sugar shack demonstrations, pioneer games, maple kids’ zone, hikes, vendors and more! 

Barrie Farmer's Market

Check out the outdoor Barrie Farmer's Market Saturday between 8AM - 12PM. The market features a range of vendors and products including fresh produce, meat, baked goods, honey, maple syrup and more. If you don't have time to shop the market there is also an option to place an order online for pick-up.
